Perform a comparative market analysis (CMA) on areas of interest to determine the right offer price;
Set you up on an automatic e-mail program to receive new listings that meet your citeria on a daily basis. You will receive these listings two days before they appear on MLS.ca giving you the advantage;

Show you properties that match your requirements;

Negotiate on your behalf with the seller and their agent;

Explain all the pertinent Real Estate documents in advance of any transaction;

Assist you in arranging financing and getting pre-qualified and preapproved;

Advise you on all offer, counter offers, and multiple offers;

Provide you with an estimate of your closing costs;

Coordinate inspections and will forward all docs to your lawyer;

Help you meet your move-in deadline;

Co-ordinate after sale visits;

Provide you with my resource list of trades people;
14)
Oversee paperwork through-out the transaction until the closing
date;
15)
Administrate any paperwork required to “firm” the deal (e.g. waivers, amendments, etc);

Be available to you throughout the process and will help you resolve any problems which arise before or after closing;
