Most prospective Buyers have very busy schedules and try to fit house hunting in amongst their many other activities. For this reason, it is important that your home is convenient to show and accessible to prospective Buyers.

Is it OK to use a lockbox?
Are there any times of the week or day when you absolutely do not wish your home to be shown? It’s better if there aren’t;
Would you like showings or offers to begin on a certain day of the week? From a strategic point of view, you might like to sign the listing contract today but delay showings for a couple of days so you can get your home ready;
Will you be out of town while your home is on the market? Should we prepare a Power of Attorney form for someone who will be in town or will offers be negotiated by fax?
